To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.  We do not offer refunds for cancellations, but you can reschedule for another time that works for you by logging into your account and rescheduling under 'My Bookings'.  If you want to reschedule for a different event, just email us and we'll send you a voucher at SallyJermain@gmail.com
